RuneScape Text Effects!

When i was first referred to RuneScape, I didn't even know what MMORPG is. Its funny how i pissed some people off assuming that they are all NPCs. Now, I'm level 65 and have been playing this game for an year. Along with gathering some XP points, money and armor, I also gathered some friends and facts.
Many people like to write with effects on RuneScape but only 10% of the total players on RuneScape know how to write with effects and out of those 10%, 90% can't even write with five basic color effects that are available.
Basics (Coding)
To add any Effect or Color, you simply just have to put the Color/Effect code (which you're about to read below in this article) followed by a "ratio" sign before you type your text.
Example: "color/effect: RuneScape"

Colors
There are five basic colors, you can add to your texts. Colors' names themselves are the codes. So, all you gotta do is type em' with the syntax.
1. Red

2. Green

3. Purple

4. White

5. Cyan

Shapes
The effects used for changing shapes can be combined with colors or colored effects. For texting with the default color (Yellow), u can just replace their codes with the colors' code or u can follow the syntax for each color.
1. Wave:

Waves your text up and down
2. Slide:

Slides the text from top to bottom
3. Shake:

Shakes the text up and down
4. Scroll:

Scrolls the text from right to left
To make them colored, you simply combine them with colors' code
Example

or

Cycling Effects
These effects have inbuilt colors in them which change from one to another . They have two categories with three effects in each.
[1] Flash
Flash cycles from one color to another (two colors in each). The codes for this effects are:
1. Flash1:

Cycles the text from red-yellow
2. Flash2:

Cycles the text from blue-cyan
3. Flah3:

Cycles the text from green-lighter green
[2]Glow
It fades the text from one color to another (three colors max. and always ends with blue). The codes for this effects are:
1. Glow1:

Fades the text from red-blue
2. Glow2:

Fades the text from red-purple-blue
3. Glow3:

Fades the text from white-green-blue
As these effects are based on colors themselves, you can't combine them with colors again. However, you can change their shapes by combining them with Shapes Effects' codes.
Example

Or

That's all I found! TBH it was pretty tough to  remember them at that time. But anyway...

The New YouTube Layout Intro! November, 2011

Description - Cosmic Panda
The youtube today November, 2011 has updated the new layout named Cosmic Panda. You might have noticed in different places and at different times the youtube continuously changing it's layouts this past month. Many seemed to be complaining about it. So far, the layout has been kept beta but YouTube is planning to permanently switch to this new look. Some people still have complaints regarding it though but that's just the normal response for a change.

As I published this article on 17th November, 2011 when the layout was kept Beta, I'd like to update it here and provide every single visitor this information that this layout from 1st December, 2011 has been turned into YouTube's permanent look so far for every browser and every region.

You can see this window asking for your feedback about the new look in the bottom right corner of your browser's window. So, it's possible that the period of lasting this layout still depends on our feedback.

Note The Content Under Heading numbered 5 for The Solution of The Most Commonly Seen Problem among the users regarding the Uploads' View in the New Layout

The New Layout - The Change and The Improvements

The new layout looks pretty nice, neat and well organised (also kind of similar to the google+'s beta layout). And it's also works faster than the previous layout as the data has been divided so your browser has to load small amount of data on every page.

Videos
You can notice these changes when you are watching a video on YouTube
1. Instead of having two options to watch the video either in Normal/Default/Small View or Fullscreen, you now have a third option to keep it Medium/Large View.
2. You can see two Buttons/Options above the video you're playing. "Subscribe" and "*****Videos." Subscribe directly subscribes you to the channel of the uploader and "****Videos" show you the list of the videos uploaded by the same Channel/Uploader.

3. Clicking the appearing Plus Icons when you place your cursor on the links/Images of the videos will directly add them to your playlists.

Home Page
The home page/main screen has been divided into three columns.
Starting from the Third/Right-most, you can see the recommended videos in this column, in other words according to the previous layout - the ones related to the videos you have watched.
In the Second/Center Column you can see the Subscriptions - The video updates from the channels you're subscribed to. It also works like a main screen for showing you the results for the options you choose from the left-most column.
The First/Leftmost Column has most of the functions listed and explained below

1. Adding/Browsing Channels

The topmost Button "Add Channels" will now take you to the well organised list of existing channels on the YouTube.
You can browse the channels through various categories like Animation, Music, Automotive, Beauty And Fashion and Recommended For You and many more. You can select any category you wanna browse from the left-most column. After selecting a category it shows you the list of channels in the center column. In order to browse more in the same category, you can click the "Load More" option at the bottom of the center column. There's a Subscribe Button with every Channel name in the list. Clicking it will directly subscribe you to the channel and in order to view the channel or it's uploads, click anywhere other than the Subscribe option on the highlighted channel where you have placed the cursor.

2. Visiting your Profile/Channel and Changing Settings

In order to visit your own channel just click your image below the Add Channel button (you can also visit it by clicking your name > My Channel from the drop down Menu at the top right of the screen like you used to). It will direct you the same window which used to appear before. There, you can see your channels' views, subscribers, friends and everything you could see before.
You can also post a bulletin from there and can change the settings, themes, modules and everything there has been kept the same. Some people are getting confused about returning home from there. Well, to return back home, simply click the YouTube logo at the top left of the screen.

3. Your Uploads/Videos, Likes, History and Watch Later

All four of these options are present right next to your profile picture at the home page. Selecting each will show you the results in the center column.

4. Subscriptions and Connections (Facebook/Google+/Myspace/Twitter/Reader/Orkut) And The New Account Settings
Another new feature in this layout is that you can connect your youtube with the various social networking sites like google+, facebook and twitter (Tumblr not available though). As Google+ and YouTube both are Google's Product and you Sign up/Login with your gmail account on both the sites, you don't need to separately connect the YouTube to Google+. It's already connected and you can directly click the option "Google+" below your Profile Image to see the recent activity.
In order to connect it with other social networking media, click the Facebook Icon (Displayed for Settings and other connections) below Google+ which will take you to the settings page.
There, you can manage connections, setup your Email, Mobile, Profile Overview, Account Management, Privacy, Sharing and other settings just with some simple clicks.
Connecting with each Networking Media will let you share the activity with with eachother better.

5. Tabs [Messages/Comments and Responses, Video Editor, Insights, My Channel and My Videos and Playlists]
Just above the Settings (to visit read the above heading) you can see various tabs to switch for. Each one will open you the information related to it.
Selecting messages will open you the Inbox but you can see various options related to messages in the left column like Comments, Shared With You, Friend invites, Video Responses and Sent Messages.
Insights Tab will tell you about the visits of the users.
Subscriptions Tab will show the Channels You're Subscribed to and if you want, you can Unsubscribe to any channel from there.

The most Commonly Faced problem about the views regarding the uploads of your subscribers is a few clicks away in the same tab Subscriptions. Under the Subscription Tab You can see the option "New Videos" which displays just the uploads that are recently done by your subscribers. (How To Get Here? - Has Been Expalined Above)

Video Editor Tab will help you edit your videos. My Channel Tab will take you to Your Channel. And My Videos and Playlists Tab will show you your History Related To the Videos.

6. Subscribed Channel List
Below the Settings/Facebook option you can find the list of the Subscribed Channels and check their activity.

7. Popular/ Trending Uploads
Below the Subscribed Channel List you can see the youtube activity of From YouTube, Trending and Popular Uploads. Selecting each will let you browse through the wide list of Trending and Popular uploads.

8. Suggested Channels
Moving on, there's a small list of suggested channels below the Popular Uploads. They are the list of the channels recommended for you. Clicking the "+" logo will directly subscribe you to the channel and if you click "See all Channels" then it will direct you to the same window as "Add Channel" option does on the top of the left column to let you browse through the different categories various channels.
You Can Still upload the videos selecting the upload option next to the search bar
Thanks for visiting. Have fun YouTubing;)

3 Secs! For Making/Editing An Effective Pattern!

SAMPLE
This evening i discovered this interesting thing for making patterns when i was editing my pics on my cell phone during the maths class. All thanks to the teacher for being boring today. I co-incidentally made this pattern while editing a firework pic from July 4th. I had no idea about me blogging it later as at first I thought that this can't be done with every firework pic. But walla! Actually it can!

What you need is
1. A HQ crystal clear pic of the fireworks. If you don't have that cool kind of camera then i suggest you not to trouble yourself and Google it.
2. An Image Editor enabled Cell Phone
3. And a read on this article
I'm sure many of you can manage with that. This is what i tried with many other pics.

Spend Three Secs On These Simple Three Steps
[1] Take a pic of a Firework or fetch it from the Google Images (Note: It must be HQ and there should not be more than one firework in the image in order to get the best results)
[2] Open it in your iPhone/Cell phone's image editor and Filter it to the Negative Effect. (Note: You have to do this editing on your iPhone/Cell Phone because the phone's editors mostly combine the Bright Shades of Blue, White, Red and Green to make a negative whereas Computers makes the editing too real for it to look like a pattern)
[3] Add a suitable Warp Effect (used for changing shapes of an image). You can make the different patterns by changing shapes using Warp Effects. You can also use one effect over the another for more results.
Different fireworks turn into different colors and styles of patterns. You can discover more when you try it by yourself.

So pick up your phone and Have A Nice Time Editing.
Thanks for Visiting!:)
